Our Sailing Programme runs from April to October every year and we offer day-sailing trips, cruises, racing, and training courses.
More details are shown below, please check availability for an activity by clicking on the 'Availability' button.
Once you have decided which trip you would like to join please complete our application form.
Day sails are short duration sailing trips from 10am to 4pm. There are three boats in operation.
If you book a berth on one of our trips full joining instructions with exact details will be sent so you can prepare for your sailing trip.
We also run day sails from Universal Marina on the river Hamble (SO31 7ZN) using Merrilyn, a mono hull Ocean 62 that is not wheelchair accessible. She has a crew of up to 4 and has 12 places for clients.
We charter conventional monohull yachts for cruises of various durations around the Solent, along with the South Coast, across the Channel, the Clyde area in Scotland and further afield.
For the visually impaired, we participate in the Blind Week cruise. Read accounts of previous adventures on our Cruise Reports page.
To get the most enjoyment from cruises participants need to be able to move around the boat safely and unaided. Itineraries vary according to weather conditions, as well as the desire, and ability of the crew.
We run practical training courses for the following certificates:
Our courses conform to the syllabus of the RYA and lead to the issue of the appropriate RYA certificates. Further details of the course content and pre requisites can be found on our training page.
We enter a number of Solent based races including:
We are also open to entering other races on a request basis.
