If you want to apply, please first check availability and the serial number of the event you wish to apply for by clicking on the relevant blue button on the Sailing Programme page here. Make a note of the serial numbers of the event you wish to book and then fill in and submit the application form which may be downloaded by double clicking below on the Appllication form icon.
Fill in as much information as you are able and E-mail the completed form to the Administrator: email@example.com and relevant activity manager. We need as much information as possible so that we can keep our records upto date for emergency contact and fundraising. For the latter it is important to know if you or any of your applicants are Ex Service or under 25 years of age.
